Choose your own place or location where you want to be trained and learn the Best Martial Art with Fist Fighting !
Come to the Gym in South Austin if you prefer or any park.

The lesson includes warming, stretching and boxing technic: Learn to Stand and Move, Strait Hands, Hooks, Uppercuts, Cross or overhand, mainly working with mitts, rope and exercises with small weights (1, 2 and 3 lb.) and bag if available.
My system will give you the opportunity to develop personalized 1 hour intensive training with 1min rest between rounds of 3min (after you learned the base boxing technic and warming exercises) and perform training by yourself without necessity of trainer or coach. You are your own trainer!

When you need somebody to make you work harder or have some fast mitts training or refresh your knowledge than you can call for a privet boxing lesson with your best Guide!
You can achieve to learn base boxing for one month if you take 2-3 lessons per week (when you have got some previously athletic experience, at least).

Boxing equipment you will need for your safety and use:
1. Boxing Gloves for mitts and bag working.
2. Hands Wraps – one pair ( 100% cotton – Not elastic!)
3. Weighted, Leather Boxing Rope ( www.ringside.com)
4. Boxing or low sole shoes, or “barefoot” shoes or barefoot if lesson performed in heated Gym
5. Weights ( one pair of 1lb. and 2lb. or 3lb. )

Prices and availability are subject to change any time.
Regularly the price is $80 per hour without any plan, packages or other obligations.
Discount for the month and January 2012 :
You pay One lesson and you get Two. (only for beginners, first time in boxing or first time costumer )
Discount Packages available and upon agreement (negotiable).
